A quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel and the rooms are fancy. All the staff is excellent and friendly and is engaged to make your stay excellent. The service is amazing, includes easy parking. Keep in mind, the parking is on-site. The location is good for exploring Clarence Center. It is set in a very nice area. The restaurant is fabulous, serves excellent dishes.

The room was a bit dated, but the clean linens and well-equipped kitchenette really stood out. It made cooking simple meals easy. The noisy heater at night was annoying was nice, but the self check-in was a nice touch. It felt spacious enough for our needs.

We loved the clean room and appreciated having a kitchenette. It was a big plus to prepare easy meals for the kids. The location was also convenient. We enjoyed a nice stroll in the nearby garden, perfect for the whole family.
My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

Great self check-in experience with clean rooms
We loved the self check-in process, smooth and convenient as the key was already in our room. The room was clean and had a surprisingly good supply of kitchen accessories. The room felt a bit dated and could use some modern touches.

The room was spacious and had great cleanliness. I loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed a cozy evening by the fire pit. The only thing was we did have to call a couple of times to get extra toiletries, but it didn't ruin our stay at all 😊
